Loli·GO

Support

Write to loli@loligo.app. Tell us the boat or the dock, roughly when the problem happened, and what you were trying to do — that is usually enough to find it in the record.

I can't sign in

Loli·GO signs you in with a mobile number and a six-digit code we text you — there is no password. If the code does not arrive, check that the number you entered is the one your dock has on file, then use Resend code. If your account has not been created yet, no code will work: accounts come from the dock, so ask your dispatcher to add you.

What Loli·GO texts you, how you asked for it, and how to stop it is on the getting set up page.

The dock hasn't answered my advisory

An advisory that has been sent shows what the dock has done with it — read, acknowledged, or waiting on an answer from you. Nothing about it expires quietly. If it matters right now, call the dock: Loli·GO is how the estimate gets there early, not a replacement for the radio.

The estimate I sent was wrong

Revise it. A revision replaces the numbers and tells the dock what changed; the earlier revision stays on the record rather than being overwritten. If the trip is off entirely, withdraw the advisory — the dock is told, and nothing is deleted.

Deleting an account

Ask the dock that authorized you, or write to loli@loligo.app. A captain's authorization on a boat can be closed without erasing the landings history the dock has to keep.
